Today in class we watched a short film called The Elevator. It was about a man in an elevator trying to get to work I believe, and then more and more people started getting on (overweight). Then he got off that elevator and got on another and there was a whole lot of sick people. Overall, I think the lesson was that everywhere you go something bad or something you don’t like will happen. Also, it also means don’t judge a book by its cover because you will never know the truth behind the person until you actually talk and have conversations with them.
Today in class, we read a poem about constant absurdity. It was about how everyone does absurd things everyday. The main topic was about acrobats. The things acrobats do absurd are walking on ropes across large places. Also, it was about poets and how they risk making a bad poem or one people wouldn't read. A theme we cam up with was, " Success may or may not come from producing risky art". Overall, class was informational today.
